It’s certainly NOT free. It costs €9,99 at this moment, special offer and normally will cost €29,99. I don’t think there is a free codec for raw or dng files for x64 systems. A shame…we’re the suckers under a war between adobe and microsoft. Too bad.
You are right. it is no longer free. There is an explanation on their site. (less than 0,2% of people donated)
I did not buy it yet, but i’m thinking about it.
